Screens and microfiltration.

Coarse and fine solids removed ahead of the process train — mechanical bar screens at the inlet and rotary drum microfilters for polishing, sized to your flow.

Where screening sits in the train

Screening is the first duty in a treatment train. A mechanical bar screen lifts large matter out of the incoming flow and discharges it clear of the water, protecting the pumps and the units downstream. A rotary drum microfilter then removes the fine material that would otherwise carry through the process. Both are continuous, self-cleaning duties that call for little operator attention.

Mechanical bar screen

A mechanical bar screen for the pre-treatment of all kinds of municipal and industrial wastewater. It separates and removes large matter from the raw water. The screen has a high separation efficiency and a compact design with a small installation space, a high degree of automation that gives continuous decontamination without blocking, and it runs safely with low power consumption.

CXWL rotary microfilter

The rotary microfilter is a rotating drum covered with a fine mesh; flow passes through the drum and solids are retained on the outside, so the unit polishes the flow. It is used for fine polishing, with capacities of 50 to 500 m³/h, mesh openings of 0.2 to 1 mm and removal of more than 95 percent of particles above 0.75 mm.

Applications

Municipal wastewater

Bar screens remove large matter from the raw inflow of a municipal plant before it reaches the pumps and the units downstream.

Industrial wastewater

The same inlet duty for industrial wastewater, which is the pre-treatment step for all kinds of municipal and industrial plants.

Fine solids removal

Rotary microfilters remove the finer material that passes a bar screen, with more than 95 percent of particles above 0.75 mm retained.

Delivery

Units are assembled and tested at our factory before shipment, then shipped with export documentation. Loading arrangement and delivery schedule: [to be confirmed with factory].
