Privacy policy
What this website collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed.
Who we are
This website is operated by Shandong Innovation Huayi Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. ("Innovation Huayi", "we"), a manufacturer of wastewater treatment and waste incineration equipment based in Zhucheng, Shandong, China. For any question about this policy, contact us at sales@yaxiio.com.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form or contact us by email, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company and country where you give them, and the content of your message. When you visit the site we also record standard technical information: the pages you view, an anonymous session identifier held in a first-party cookie, and your approximate country and device type. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or build advertising profiles.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to answer your question, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of our business correspondence. We use the anonymous visit data to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a quotation or order follows, the steps needed to enter into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve your enquiry and for our ordinary business record-keeping, and are deleted on request. Anonymous visit data is kept for a limited period for reporting and then deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use service providers for website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare) and for analytics (Google Analytics); your enquiry is also recorded in our own contact system. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@yaxiio.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
A first-party cookie holds an anonymous session identifier used for analytics only; it contains no personal information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read the site or contact us.
