Biography
Rufeng Xu is the Chairman and General Manager of Shandong Innovation Huayi Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. He has worked in the environmental protection equipment industry for more than fifteen years; the company was founded in 2009.
He is the first inventor on 28 granted Chinese patents, in dissolved air flotation, deep sludge dewatering and waste incineration, and he led a Shandong Provincial Major Science and Technology Innovation Project in 2019.
He is a member of the Zhucheng Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The company runs an Intelligent Environmental Protection Equipment Research Centre set up jointly with Qingdao University.
